Location: Victory Park – Dallas, Texas
This high-rise residential community called for decorative glass throughout its lobby, amenity spaces, and common areas. One standout feature is an asymmetrical radius-curved glass conference room with varying radiuses. We installed backlit etched glazing and back-painted glass on standoffs in the elevator lobby, patterned back-painted glass in the lobby, and textured decorative glass in the amenity kitchen lounge. Half-inch glass doors and sidelights round out the project. Completed in 2008, the curved glass installation was featured in architectural publications for its complexity. Much of the original decorative glass remains in place today.
